SING! Dollar by Dim Sum Dollies
Written and directed by Selena Tan (Dim Sum Dollies) of Dream Academy, it gathers a star studded cast of (Check this) Kumar, Najip Ali, Lim Kay Siu, Hossan Leong, Sebastian Tan and the dim sum dollies. No wonder it boasts to confidence to run so many shows from 23 Jul to 8 Aug!

Great script by Selena Tan, with many many references and jabs at many Singapore social issues and touching on our existing racial preconceptions.
In terms of acting, Kumar pretty much steal the show with his character as a Bangladeshi Dishwasher. Kumar stayed true to his signature humour and his lively interactions with the audiences. Hossan did a commendable (watch out! Spoilers!) imitation of Michael Jackson’s “Smooth Criminal”. This mv styled section paid tribute to Singapore’s most famous white collar criminals: TT Durai (by Kumar), The Pastor who misuse church funds (by Lim Kay Siu), David Rashiff (by Najip), Venerable Shi Ming Yi (by Sebastian Tan) LOL You can see Lim Kay Siu was trying his best to keep up with the dance moves but he did a respectable moonwalk!! 
The most outrageous has to be the part where all male actors (except for Lim) are made to cross-dress as Geylang gers. Najip and Sebastian gave us a peek at their G-String! I never knew Hossan can pass off so well as a cross-dresser!
I laughed from the start to finish. Definitely worth the front row tics i paid so much for.
Looking forward to Hossan Leong’s own talk show in Oct…

2pm - Again and Again
one of those boybands who seriously need to work on singing and can’t even rap harmoniously with music…..
But they have GOOD popping skills and this choreo is fantastic! The formation change is fantastic and the neon lights in the background helps in the awe as the boys change formation. Koreans do have their own style of dance…

Unfortunately there is a panelty for cancellation and AMENDMENTS (but better than some websites who charged you immediately on booking) and 2nd, they break your payment into 2 parts. a confirmation fee on your credit card and the you pay the balance in cash on checkin at the hotel…. not so good as you need to bring cash over.
PS the Singapore number for enquiries on the site connects to Australia call centre and the connection is BAD. Have written a complaint to them.
