Customer: It will be good to put a map on your website to indicate your location! Not everyone knows the roads around here.

Staff: But sir, we already have a map on the website

Customer: don’t lie! I checked the “sitemap” and its not there!

Staff: erm…. sitemap does not refer to location map…….
